Operations Manager – Multi-Site Cleaning

Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 basic
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Flexistaff Recruitment is hiring an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of a fast-paced, growing cleaning services business. This is a hands-on role managing multiple sites, teams, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across 20+ cleaning sites
• Carry out regular site audits and quality inspections
• Lead and support supervisors and site-based teams
• Participate in an on-call rota for operational issues
• Oversee reports, KPIs, and service performance
• Manage time & attendance, payroll inputs, and staff hours
• Ensure Health & Safety and operational compliance
• Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
• Support mobilisation of new sites and contract changes
• Maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment

What We‘re Looking For

• Experience in multi-site cleaning or facilities management
• Strong people management across multiple locations
• Hands-on auditing and compliance experience
• Knowledge of payroll, reporting, and operational admin
• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Confident, proactive leadership style
• Ability to work at pace and manage priorities
