Now Hiring: Temporary Accounts Assistant (2 Days per Week)

Our client is seeking a Temporary Accounts Assistant to join their team onsite in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11.
A great short-term role for someone with accounts/finance admin experience who is
available immediately.

Role: Temporary Accounts Assistant
Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 11
Hours: Tuesday-Wednesday, 9:00am-4:00pm
Rate: €17-€19 per hour (DOE)
Duration: 2 months
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

This position focuses on processing purchase invoices and supporting the finance team with daily admin tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and print approved purchase invoices
* Enter invoices into the Azura accounting system
* Check invoices for completeness and accuracy
* Maintain organised digital and physical records
* Assist with supplier reconciliations
* Support month-end tasks
* Provide general admin support to the finance team

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in accounts or finance administration
* Good understanding of basic accounting principles
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Quick learner; experience with Azura or similar systems is an advantage
* Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and MS Office
* Able to work efficiently in a busy, deadline-driven environment
* Strong organisational skills
