OTC Pharmacy Assistant – Newbridge

Salary: €16 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: On-site, Newbridge

Our client in Newbridge is seeking a friendly and professional Over-the-Counter (OTC) Assistant to join their front-of-house retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and advice on OTC medicines and healthcare products.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable items and ensure all sales are compliant with pharmacy guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented retail space.
• Support merchandising, stock rotation, and shelf presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or pharmacy counter experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, well-presented, and professional manner.
• Interest in health, wellness, and customer care.
