Flexistaff is growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our busy temp desk! If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love connecting great people with great opportunities, this could be the role for you.

What’s in it for you

• Uncapped commission – earn €300-€1,200+ per month on top of your base salary
• Competitive salary: €30,000 – €38,000 per annum (DOE)

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a hot temp desk with active clients and live roles
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing, screening and placing top temporary talent
• Meeting and exceeding targets while delivering excellent service
• Growing your desk and your earnings with every placement

• Driven, ambitious and target-focused individuals
• A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Resilient and tenacious – you love a challenge and don’t give up easily
• Previous recruitment or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential – we value attitude, energy and ambition above all else
