Store Manager (Banbridge, Co. Down)
Are you passionate about retail leadership and delivering outstanding customer service? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented Store Manager to lead their team at their Banbridge location.
Your Role
As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales performance, and foster a positive environment that inspires both customers and colleagues. Your leadership will ensure the store consistently achieves and surpasses sales targets while delivering the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, overseeing product management.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- A passion for retail and customer service (product knowledge advantageous).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
