Your Role

As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales performance, and foster a positive environment that inspires both customers and colleagues. Your leadership will ensure the store consistently achieves and surpasses sales targets while delivering the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, overseeing product management.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• A passion for retail and customer service (product knowledge advantageous).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
