Forecourt Manager
Location: Mayfield, Cork
Salary: €45,000 + bonus

We are recruiting a Forecourt Manager for our client, a leading fuel and convenience retailer. You will oversee daily operations, maximise sales, manage costs, and lead your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive fuel and shop sales to meet targets
• Maintain high merchandising and store standards
• Manage stock control, cash handling, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues
• Plan promotions and events to increase footfall

Requirements

• Proven retail management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office
• Commercial awareness and customer focus
