Logistics Co-ordinator – Blanchardstown
Salary: Up to €35,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator to join their team in Blanchardstown. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain coordination, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in warehousing, inventory control, and freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and common challenges
• Proficient in WMS and general computer systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of logistics regulations and ISO standards
• Commitment to high-quality customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate stock management, order processing, scheduling, and shipment planning
• Update and maintain the warehouse management system
• Expedite freight consignments and resolve delivery issues
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to meet customer needs
• Monitor costs, prepare pricing, and ensure service quality
• Review documentation, track shipments, and manage transport providers
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and suppliers
