About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Tile Inventory Manager to join a busy warehouse team in Tullamore. This is a key role responsible for scanning and managing between 600-800 tile pallets, ensuring accurate allocation and stock control within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the tile or flooring industry, with strong knowledge of tile shades, finishes, and specifications, combined with hands-on experience in inventory and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan and allocate pallets accurately to designated warehouse bays
• Distinguish and manage tile shades, patterns, batch codes and styles
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock audits
• Monitor and manage up to 800 pallets, ensuring accessible and organised storage
• Report inventory issues such as damage or discrepancies to the Store Director
• Support and help lead general warehouse staff, promoting a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with goods-in and dispatch teams on incoming stock
• Maintain a clean and compliant warehouse in line with health and safety standards

Essential Skills & Experience

• Warehouse/inventory experience within the tile or flooring sector (required)
• Strong understanding of tile specifications: types, finishes, shade variations
• Proficient with stock scanners or inventory systems
• Prior team leadership or coordination experience (desirable)
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication
• Holds a valid Bendi Narrow Aisle Forklift licence
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team
