Baker – Full-Time & Part-Time | New Bakery Opening – Bishopstown, Cork
Position: Full-Time & Part-Time Baker
Location: Bishopstown, Co. Cork
Hours:

Full-Time: 5-7 days/week

Part-Time: 16-20 hours/week
Shifts: Morning shifts, typically 6:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
Start Date: In 4 weeks (new bakery launch)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role
We’re hiring experienced bakers to join a brand-new, independent bakery opening soon in Bishopstown. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be producing high-quality baked goods and contributing to the successful launch of a local community favourite.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of products: artisan breads, scones, pastries, and in-house specials

Follow recipes and maintain consistency across batches

Manage baking schedules and ensure timely production

Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Assist in inventory and stock control for bakery ingredients
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a bakery setting is essential

Skilled in baking breads, scones, and pastries

Reliable and able to work early morning shifts

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Team player with a positive attitude
