Lead Install Trainer – Dublin (Permanent Role)
Tuesday-Saturday | 7:30am-4:30pm

We’re hiring a Lead Install Trainer to join our Customer Delivery team in Dublin. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced installer with a strong background in retail and team training.

The Role
You’ll lead by example, delivering and installing in customers’ homes while also training and upskilling our install team. You’ll identify training needs, create and deliver engaging learning content, and ensure high standards in safety, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new and existing installers on best practices and safety
• Support and performance-manage the install team
• Deliver hands-on installs while coaching team members
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and H&S
• Investigate and resolve installation issues, using them as training tools
• Liaise with internal teams and contribute to process improvements
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews

About You

• Strong installation background with retail or field experience
• Proven leadership or team trainer experience
• Great communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Organised, safety-focused, and customer-centric
• Motivated to grow your role and drive team performance
