My client is seeking a proactive and organised Sales and Office Support Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both office operations and a dynamic sales team.

Purpose of the Role:
To provide comprehensive support to both the office and the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and helping to drive overall business performance. This includes handling administrative tasks, assisting with customer management, and supporting sales processes to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as a central point of contact between the sales, procurement, warehouse, and customer service teams.
  • Track order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers and colleagues.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasts and ensure accurate ERP data management.
  • Support the wider sales strategy through marketing campaigns and quote follow-ups.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide administrative and commercial support to the external sales team, particularly in the OEM sector.
  • Monitor and take action on slow-moving and obsolete stock in collaboration with procurement.

  • Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude and ensure confidentiality where required.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared goals and KPIs.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or office-based role.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and adaptable with a proactive attitude.
