Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
• Lead, train, and schedule staff to meet performance targets

• Experience in deli management, food retail, or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene regulations
• Proven leadership and organisational skills
