Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations in line with company procedures.
• Drive sales and maximise profit margins.
• Monitor and manage branch P&L, sales, margin, and costs.
• Manage debtors and ensure payments are collected on time.
• Ensure effective stock control and merchandising.
• Identify and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure all security measures and health & safety procedures are followed.

Essential:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar industry.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets in the heating and plumbing sector.
• Experience in stock and warehouse management.
• Strong IT literacy.
• Full, clean driving licence.
