Supply Chain Manager

Join a growing file management company as a Service Delivery Manager. With five warehouses spanning 130,000 square feet, the company is dedicated to innovation and offers excellent career progression opportunities. This role is an long term temporary position which will turn permanent after 11 months.

Role Overview

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee client services, warehouse operations, and team performance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, including delayed deliveries, to maintain service quality.
• Operational Oversight: Manage customer service operations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Staff Training: Conduct onboarding, maintain training records, and oversee ongoing development.
• HR Administration: Handle paperwork for departing staff and ensure compliance.
• Reporting: Generate and analyse reports to identify and implement process improvements.
• Staff Mentoring: Train and support warehouse and customer service teams to enhance performance.
• Attendance Management: Manage staff attendance to maintain consistent operations.
• Problem Solving: Resolve operational issues, such as locating missing stock.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Management or supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and generating reports.
• Experience in warehouse operations or customer service is an advantage.
• Ambition to grow within a dynamic company.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
