Location: North Dublin

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000

Flexistaff is seeking a Store Manager for a bustling convenience store in North Dublin. Our client is a renowned retailer committed to providing outstanding customer service and a diverse range of quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.

· Inspire and lead a team to meet and exceed sales goals.

· Maintain high standards of merchandising and inventory management.

· Enforce health, safety, and security measures within the store.

· Oversee cash management, ensuring accurate financial practices.

· Create and manage staff schedules to optimise team performance.

· Utilise sales analytic to identify trends and implement improvements.

· Cultivate a positive shopping environment that enhances customer experience.

Requirements:

· Experience in retail management, ideally in convenience or grocery sectors.

· Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Proven success in achieving sales and operational targets.

· Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
