What You’ll Do:

· Oversee all daily operations, ensuring the site runs efficiently and meets company standards.

· Lead your team to meet sales, margin, and profitability targets.

· Manage stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimise performance and reduce waste.

· Deliver a high standard of customer service across all areas of the store and forecourt.

· Recruit, train, and manage team members to build a strong, capable workforce.

· Ensure all health, safety, and compliance regulations are followed at all times.

What You’ll Need:

· Proven experience managing a retail store, preferably in a convenience or forecourt environment.

· Full driving license and access to your own transport.

· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and improve store KPIs.

· Leadership experience, including team management and training.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
