Job Title: Showroom Manager

Location: Cork, Ireland
Salary: Starting at €50,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional half-day shifts on Saturdays

Join a leading builders providers company in Cork, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee our busy showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
• Lead and develop a team of 8-9 staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Provide expert advice on bathroom and plumbing products to customers.
• Monitor and drive sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bathroom and plumbing sectors.
• Previous experience in managing a busy retail environment is essential.
• Background as a tradesman with both retail and site work experience is highly desirable.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
