Job Title: Sales Engineer Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment

Location: Based in North Dublin, with work nationwide across Ireland

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: 45,000 – 60,000, depending on experience

Are you a proactive and results-oriented Sales Engineer with a passion for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at a leading wholesale distributor of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to commercial clients across Ireland. This role is pivotal in driving sales and providing expert technical advice to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across all 26 counties, driving sales within the wholesale refrigeration and air conditioning market.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their unique needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Technical Advisory: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems to guide clients on product selection, installation, and maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in technical sales, with a preference for experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, and related equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • A driven and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is essential.
