Role Overview

The Recruitment Lead will oversee a team of recruiters while driving client acquisition, candidate management, and business development. This dynamic role requires a blend of leadership, strategy, and hands-on recruitment expertise to meet client needs, grow the business, and manage end-to-end recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews to improve recruiter skills.

Client Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the key point of contact for high-level client issues.
  • Oversee client onboarding, contracts, and service agreements.

Candidate Management

  • Drive candidate sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, and internal networks.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Oversee compliance, screening, and onboarding processes.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Develop strategies to grow market presence and increase revenue.
  • Network at industry events and use market intelligence to identify trends.

Operational Oversight

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority roles.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and operational processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and report regularly to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in recruitment
  • Strong understanding of candidate sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.
  • Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Business development experience within a recruitment agency setting.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools.

Salary

  • Base Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 annually – Negotiable Depending on Experience
