Job Opportunity: Psychologist

Salary: £52,994 – £62,192 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits
Location: Cheshire

Flexistaff, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people while enjoying excellent professional growth and benefits.

About the Role

This exciting position is based at a brand-new, state-of-the-art educational facility set to open in April 2025. The school will cater to children with a wide range of needs, including autism, social, emotional, and mental health challenges. The aim is to ensure every pupil experiences outstanding education and personalised care.

As a Psychologist, you will:

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide individualised therapeutic support.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and deliver tailored interventions.
  • Consult and provide training to educational and residential teams.
  • Help create clinically informed living and learning environments.

Requirements

We welcome candidates who:

  • Are HCPC-registered Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologists.
  • Have proven expertise in assessing and supporting therapeutic interventions for young people with complex needs.
  • Can effectively support and guide teams around children and young people.
  • Are confident, organised, and committed to achieving the best outcomes.
