Job Advertisement: Administrator (Full-Time)
We are currently seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys providing efficient support across day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain diaries for team members
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other internal documentation
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Assist with stock control, order processing, and supplier communications
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
