Job Advertisement: Administrator (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys providing efficient support across day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain diaries for team members
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other internal documentation
  • Support internal departments with administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • Assist with stock control, order processing, and supplier communications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
