About the Role

We’re looking for a Showroom Manager (Plumbing and Heating) to join our team in Cork, Ireland. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom, providing expert advice on bathroom and plumbing products while driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position offering exciting growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the showroom’s daily operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient space.
• Lead and develop a team of 8-9 staff, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Provide expert advice on bathroom and plumbing products to customers.
• Monitor and enhance sales performance while maintaining outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in the bathroom and plumbing sectors.
• Prior management experience in a busy retail environment.
• A background as a tradesperson with retail and site work experience is highly desirable.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Saturdays: Occasional half-day shifts.
