Plumbing & Heating Manager

We are seeking a Plumbing and Heating Manager to oversee the entire Plumbing and Heating operations, focusing on driving product sales, cultivating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Ensuring smooth daily operations is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the Plumbing and Heating industry.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in managing a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of the Plumbing and Heating department, including purchasing, stock management, and margin control.
• Meet and surpass sales and margin goals.
• Drive the development and growth of the Plumbing and Heating department.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring efficient and effective customer interactions.
• Train and equip staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage all equipment and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Anticipate and adapt to changes within the department.
• Maintain security awareness to prevent theft of company property.
• Implement company policies correctly.
