Position: Office Administrator
Location: Dublin 12
Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: €13.50 per hour
We are seeking a friendly, well-organised, and customer-focused Admin Staff member to join our client’s team at a busy car lot in Dublin 12. This is a front-counter role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers at the front desk.
- Handling phone inquiries and managing basic computer tasks.
- Assisting with general administrative duties.
- Managing data entry, including sales information, in standard Excel packages.
- Supporting the team with basic office duties and customer service.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Good customer service skills with a pleasant, friendly demeanour.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Experience in phone handling and front-counter duties is an advantage.
