Flexistaff on behalf of our client, are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary clinical team supporting children and young people with a wide range of needs, including autism, developmental trauma, and special educational needs.

The Role
This exciting opportunity involves working in a brand-new, state-of-the-art school opening in April 2025. You‘ll play a key role in developing therapeutic environments, performing clinical assessments, and delivering individualized interventions to support young people in achieving their full potential.

You‘ll also collaborate with educational and residential teams, providing training, workshops, and guidance to ensure care is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of their experience.

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience supporting young people with complex needs.
• Proven ability to deliver therapeutic interventions and guide teams to create clinically informed environments.
• A confident and proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children.
