We are looking for a Logistics Office Team Leader, you’ll manage daily operations, support the logistics admin team, and maintain strong customer relationships. You’ll focus on meeting KPIs, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead the Logistics Admin team in day-to-day tasks.
- Customer Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Service Improvement: Monitor services, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently met.
- Key Account Management: Oversee order processing and account performance for logistics customers.
- Customer Engagement: Attend review meetings and manage daily customer requirements.
- Administrative Support: Assist the admin team and provide cover when needed.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Training & Onboarding: Manage training for the office and onboard new staff.
- Warehouse Collaboration: Maintain smooth communication with the warehouse team.
- Inventory Control: Oversee cycle counts and stock-taking.
- Staff Management: Coordinate leave schedules and staff hours.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
- Participate in performance appraisals.
- Follow all company policies (Health & Safety, Employment, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Foster teamwork and open communication with colleagues.
- Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and efficiency in all interactions.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
