Job Title: Lead Operator – Dairy Production

Location: West County Cork

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Pay Rate: Starting €13 per hour (Potential for increase) + Overtime x1.5

Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week (Up to 43-46 hours)

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
• Overtime: Saturday or Sunday (Paid at x1.5)

About the Role:

Join a thriving dairy production team in West County Cork as a Lead Operator. If you have a background or strong interest in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, this role is for you! You will be working with pneumatic and rotary filling machines in a fast-paced food industry environment, focusing on yogurt production. Hygiene is paramount, and you’ll also manage a small team of 3 packers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage pneumatic and rotary filling machines.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Oversee and lead a team of 3 packers.
• Perform physical, mechanical, and software-related tasks.
• Contribute to a low-turnover, stable work environment.
