About the Role
We‘re looking for compassionate and skilled male and female carers to assist clients in North Dublin and surrounding areas. You‘ll provide essential care and support, including:

• Personal care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Household tasks: Meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping.
• Companionship: Offering conversation, friendship, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver care in accordance with service users‘ needs and care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication administration (training provided).
• Maintain records of visits and report changes in client needs to supervisors.
• Adhere to health and safety policies, using provided equipment correctly.
• Be flexible with assigned duties, hours, and clients within the area.

Work Schedule

You must be flexible to work 12-hour shifts (example: 8 AM-8 PM or 9 AM-9 PM). Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Desirable Qualifications (Training Provided If Needed)

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (including Care of the Older Person and Care Skills).
• First Aid and Manual Handling training.
