Flexistaff Recruitment is currently seeking a Store Manager on behalf of our client, a growing Irish retailer for their flagship store based in Ashbourne, Co. Meath.

Our client is a growing, Irish-owned DIY and Homeware retail business who have taken the market by storm through their extensive product offerings, state-of-the-art stores, and impeccable customer service standards throughout. They are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the team in their biggest and busiest store.

The ideal Store Manager candidate will come from a background in big box retail, with a particular focus on people management, meeting and exceeding KPI targets, and delivering world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with all HR policies, and managing any HR procedures in line with company expectation

· Performance management

· Ensuring compliance with all food safety and health and safety policies

· Meeting and exceeding KPI targets as set out by senior management

· Liaising with the wider retail team to ensure company SOP’s are followed

· Training and developing a team to ensure maximum productivity

· Ensuring all promotional activities are rolled out in accordance with company expectations
