Field Service Technician – Dublin

Job description

Flexistaff is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician on a temporary basis, to cover the Dublin and Meath area. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery, installation, and maintenance of life-enhancing medical equipment for patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service medical oxygen and ventilation systems.
• Train patients and their families on equipment use while providing technical support.
• Share product knowledge in both private and hospital settings.
• Participate in a rotational after-hours patient support schedule.

Your Profile:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for enhancing patient care through exceptional service.
• Ideally, previous experience in a field-based role, particularly in technical sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail for equipment repairs.
• Proficiency in IT and general computer skills.
• Flexibility and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
• A full driving license held for at least two years.
• Familiarity with Dublin’s geography and willingness to travel occasionally.

Experience in homecare medical devices is a plus, but full product training will be provided.
