Field Service Technician
Flexistaff is hiring a Field Service Technician on a temporary ongoing basis to cover Athlone. This role involves delivering, installing, and maintaining essential medical equipment for patients in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service medical oxygen and ventilation systems.
- Train patients and families on equipment use and provide technical support.
- Share product knowledge in private and hospital settings.
- Participate in a rotational after-hours patient support schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.
- Experience in a field-based role, ideally in technical sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail for equipment repairs.
- IT proficiency and general computer skills.
- Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied tasks.
- Full driving license (held for at least two years).
Experience with homecare medical devices is a plus, but full training is provided.
