About the Role

We’re looking for an Experienced Yard Operative to join our team in County Kildare. In this role, you will oversee key aspects of yard operations, including supervising teams, managing precast production, and operating batching plant machinery. This is a permanent role with excellent progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily yard operations and lead a team to meet targets.
• Operate and maintain batching plant machinery (training provided).
• Ensure efficient material handling and stock organisation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience as a Yard Operative; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Flexible with hours and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexibility required).
