Responsibilities:

· Setting up the deli each day and ensuring all food safety procedures are followed

· Delegating tasks to the team to ensure the smooth operation of the deli

· Ensuring HACCP compliance in the deli at all times

· Managing waste and shrink in the deli

· Ensuring loss prevention procedures are followed

Who You Are:

· Must have 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor/manager position in a fast-paced deli environment

· Passionate about food safety and standards

· Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures
