Location: Cork

Salary: €37K DOE

Flexistaff is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading supermarket group, for a Deli Manager to join their team in Cork. We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience managing a busy deli counter and a strong understanding of HACCP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the daily operations of the deli counter

· Manage and motivate the deli team to deliver excellent service

· Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations

· Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage waste

· Maintain a clean, organised, and appealing deli counter

· Create and manage staff rotas

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering quality products and service

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a Deli Manager or similar role

· Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety

· Excellent leadership and team management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organisational and communication skills

· Passion for food and customer service
