Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of the deli department, including food preparation, stocking, and inventory management.
· Supervise deli staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
· Monitor and control costs, including food waste and labour expenses, to maximise profitability.
· Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP guidelines.
· Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among deli staff.
· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
