As Deli Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional food and service standards. You will oversee stock management, minimise waste, and ensure efficient daily operations of the deli. Training staff, maintaining compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures, and supporting the achievement of sales targets are all key parts of this role.

Requirements

· Experience in a fast-paced retail deli environment.

· Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

· A proactive approach to managing stock and minimising waste.

· Ability to lead, train, and delegate tasks to team members.

· Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
