The Role
This is a maternity cover role working across two integrated learning centers. If you‘re interested in part-time work, we‘d love to discuss how we can accommodate you.
Our client provides unmatched levels of clinical support across their specialist schools and children‘s homes, working with young people who present with a range of complex needs, including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs.
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will collaborate with educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic environments. You‘ll perform clinical assessments, develop individualized interventions, and guide the team around each young person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation, training, and workshops for educational and residential teams.
- Support therapeutic practices that enhance the living and learning experiences of young people.
- Work collaboratively to deliver clinically informed care and education.

We‘re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
- Has experience assessing, formulating, and delivering therapeutic interventions for children with complex needs.
- Can confidently support and train teams to create clinically informed environments.
- Is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about achieving the best outcomes for young people.
