Salary: €15 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook a variety of café menu items, ensuring consistent quality

· Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to HACCP and food safety standards

· Assist in menu planning and food preparation for daily service

· Manage stock levels, minimise waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients

· Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service

· Ensure all food is presented to a high standard and served in a timely manner

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a café or similar environment

· Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

· Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for cooking
