About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a leading Builders Providers and Home Improvement store in South Tipperary. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a dynamic team to provide top-tier customer service. This is a permanent position offering long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Sales Representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.
* Oversee operations across Trade, Retail, DIY, Showroom, and Sales departments.
* Ensure the branch is clean, organized, and well-merchandised.
* Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Manage stock levels and purchasing within working capital guidelines.
* Supervise yard and transport functions.
* Monitor and manage branch costs, including haulage and overheads.
* Set and communicate sales and performance goals to the team.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
* Handle staff timekeeping, attendance, and disciplinary procedures.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven management experience in a Builders Providers or similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of the construction sector.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic accounting software.
* Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve branch objectives.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
