Flexistaff is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our client, a thriving convenience retail business in North Dublin.

Our client is a staple name in the convenience retail market in Ireland, and have been recognised in the industry for their outstanding teams, displays, and quality. They are now seeking an ambitious and driven leader to join their busy South Dublin store.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure a customer-centric culture, providing excellent service and fostering a positive shopping environment.

· Drive sales and achieve targets through effective team management and product knowledge.

· Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and adherence to company policies.

· Mentor and develop the team, promoting a collaborative and motivated work environment.
