Flexistaff Recruitment is excited to find an enthusiastic and capable Assistant Manager to support our client’s vibrant City Centre store. Our client is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, showcasing eye-catching visual displays, and providing a wide selection of fitness products to meet every customer’s needs.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed sales targets, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

· Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers receive personalised, knowledgeable assistance.

· Drive visual merchandising efforts, creating engaging displays that represent the brand and attract customers.

· Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing stock levels, and ensuring store standards are upheld.

· Identify and act on new sales opportunities to enhance store performance and meet targets.

· Train, mentor, and develop team members to support their growth and improve store results.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in retail, ideally within a high-performance, target-driven environment.

· Proven success in driving sales and achieving targets.

· Strong leadership and team development skills.

· Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding goals.

· A keen eye for visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
