Location: Gorey, County Wexford
Salary: €40k DOE
Flexistaff is recruiting on behalf of our client for a sharp, capable, and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team in Gorey. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on sales support and administration. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Excel are essential for success in this position.
The role involves working on-site full-time, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (start times may vary). The ideal candidate will need to take photos of stock throughout the day, so being located in Gorey or surrounding areas is essential due to the remote location.
Key Responsibilities
· Process incoming orders and ensure they are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
· Set up labels, pins, and pricing for orders.
· Oversee packing processes and ensure all deadlines are met.
· Take daily photos of stock to assist with sales and updates.
· Maintain accurate and organised records using Excel.
· Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Key Requirements
· Strong administrative skills with a proven track record in a similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Flexibility with start times and an on-site working schedule.
· Must be located in Gorey or surrounding areas due to the remote location.
