Salary: €15.00-€15.50 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with a fair and flexible roster including weekends and consideration for time-off requests

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the deli, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage waste efficiently
• Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP regulations
• Lead, train, and support deli staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Contribute to staff recruitment and onboarding as needed

The Ideal Candidate

• Hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a deli, food service, or retail setting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Experience in recruitment is an advantage
