Location:Clane, Co. Kildare

Salary: €40k DOE

We are recruiting a Store Manager for a highly successful, Irish-owned FMCG business in Clane. This growing company is seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of store operations and deliver exceptional performance.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, stock management, and merchandising.

· Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver excellent store performance.

· Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

· Implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a Store Manager in the FMCG sector or a similar retail environment.

· Proven ability to meet and exceed operational and sales targets.

· Strong understanding of retail operations and stock control.
