Location: Galway City

Salary: €34k DOE

We’re hiring an Assistant Manager for a leading Irish fashion retailer in Galway City! With over 40 years in the business, our client is known for their exceptional training, premium product ranges, and top-tier store standards.

As Assistant Manager, your role will include:

· Supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of daily operations.

· Driving sales and ensuring commercial targets are achieved.

· Leading the team to maintain excellent store presentation and merchandising standards.

· Managing stock levels, inventory, and visual displays.

· Delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

What we’re looking for:

· Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in retail (fashion experience is ideal).

· Strong commercial skills and proven success in driving sales.

· Experience managing stock, merchandising, and team performance.
