Sales Advisor

What You‘ll Do:

• Assist customers in-store and manage orders via phone, email, and online.
• Handle quotation requests and provide tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs.
• Spot sales opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure the store is well-merchandised and stocked.
• Work with suppliers on purchasing and stock control.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Yard staff to fulfil orders.
• Support daily store operations and adhere to health and safety policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience in trade sales or building materials is a plus.
• Knowledge of DIY and building materials is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems.
