Bricklayer Manager / Facade Manager

Job Title: Bricklayer / Facade Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: €55k – €65k (Depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the façade works on our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing teams of bricklayers, insulation fitters, and subcontractors, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of façade components including support structures, windows, EPDM systems, and brick and blockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage site labour resources in line with the construction programme.
• Coordinate the installation sequence for façade components.
• Manage the delivery of materials at appropriate phases to ensure project continuity.
• Prepare weekly reports and records for BcAR.
• Ensure all work adheres to building regulations, health and safety guidelines, and environmental standards, maintaining the highest quality.

What We‘re Looking For:

• Degree, Higher Diploma, HETAC qualification, or equivalent trade experience.
• Strong knowledge of brickwork, ancillary items, and SFS (Steel Framing System) apartments.
• Proven experience managing teams of 12-15 staff in a construction environment.
